development, quantifiable and non-quantifiable factors of a specific company / enterprise.
Why we do Business Case Analysis -- To gain a better understanding of the company; externally, internally and financially, which could potentially assist a CEO to run and manage
the business more effectively or help an investor make a wise investment decision.
Necessary parts of a successful Business Case Analysis:
An introduction to the case: What is it about (the subject) and why is it important (the purpose)?
Rational assumptions and ideas that could help the business to grow: (future plans, costs, profit)
What are the potential risks in the 2nd step and how do we tackle them? (risk and mitigation)
Objective conclusion and recommendation for your proposed actions (their results and benefits)
